We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance, with strong knowledge of industry standards.
This role is critical in ensuring that our quality systems, audits, and certifications are fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including BRC and FSSAI standards.
- Oversee preparation for external audits and certifications; act as the primary point of contact for audit bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Train and guide internal teams on QMS procedures, regulatory compliance, and audit protocols.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or QMS management.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with industry compliance requirements.
Excellent understanding of regulatory standards, documentation, and audit protocols
