We are seeking a meticulous individual with an eye for detail to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating high-quality products and ensuring smooth user experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating user journeys, testing applications across platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement features that meet customer requirements. Additionally, they will design, review, and contribute to test plans, scripts, and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure feature implementation meets customer needs
  • Design, review, and contribute to test plans, scripts, and procedures to ensure quality
  • Guide and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
  • Reporting, follow-up, bug tracking, and risk management
  • Ensure all reporting is succinct, yet includes necessary details for replication and timely resolution
  • Constantly look for ways to improve existing products to make them more reliable
  • Stay aware of the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/test frameworks
  • Ensure no unnoticed bugs go out in production
  • Be customer-centric and actively help resolve customer-related issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications, and API testing through postman
  • Good experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience working and testing NoSQL DBs like MongoDB
  • Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated, high-energy traits with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads
