Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst or Operations Specialist to oversee IT operations within the Engineering domain. This role will be part of the Operation ICT Team, responsible for ensuring IT governance frameworks comply with operational efficiency standards.

  • Maintaining IT governance frameworks for compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing IT operations including support, optimization, maintenance, and SLA management with suppliers and partners.
  • Monitoring service quality, coordinating IT changes, and supporting compliance (e.g., SOX).
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technical leadership, solution development, or operational IT roles.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated team guidance.
  • Proficient in program and project management, including progress monitoring and KPI reporting to IT leadership.
  • Familiarity with IT governance and compliance standards such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience preparing business cases for ICT spend requests.
  • Understanding of on-premises data centers, cloud technologies, virtualization, and core IT infrastructure.
  • Able to analyze ITSM KPIs and offer strategic service improvement recommendations.
  • Understanding of global IT culture: networking, OS, security, app/cloud architecture.
Responsibilities
  • Promoting information compliance and governance within Engineering domain.
  • Collaborating with teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrections.
  • Aligning Domain Run activities with ICT standards and business goals.
  • Supporting IT audits and assessments as needed.
  • Leading ITIL, risk management, and security frameworks across value streams.
  • Preparing annual Run budgets and identifying cost and process improvements.
  • Coordinating with Finance, Audit, Legal, and Purchasing to optimize Run activities and maintain financial integrity.
  • Monitoring compliance with Design Authority, SOX, DR, and DevSecOps based on ICT policies.
  • Ensuring change coherence and managing application decommissioning.
  • Enforcing security policies, monitoring cyber threats, and adjusting defenses for secure operations.
  • Applying security patches and updates promptly using Qualys or Checkmarks.
