Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Editor to join our team in supporting the peer review process. As an Editor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing peer review administration procedures using Scholar One Manuscripts TM and tools like PubMed Central to research suitable experts for cutting-edge medical research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the peer review process with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Utilizing Scholar One Manuscripts TM and other tools to identify suitable experts for peer review
• Collaborating with the Reviewer Selection Lead and team members to achieve common goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• A postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field (e.g., MA Education, MA Continuing Education Management)
• In-depth knowledge of academic publishing and market trends
• Strong command of English spelling and grammar
• Experience with process-driven workflows and customer-facing roles
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recognize and implement process improvements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
