Identity Operations Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Junior Identity Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest global technology leaders, focusing on Identity and Access Management products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems, thinking abstractly, and performing requirements analysis. They will also interface with stakeholders of various levels and document solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Deals well with ambiguity and thinks abstractly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, and database management
  • Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and adapts to change

Requirements:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications and HR Systems like Workday and ServiceNow integration
  • Experience in designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, and JML workflow
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID
