Job Opportunity for Corporate Lawyers

This is a full-time remote opportunity to work as a Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital. As a key member of our team, you will have deep exposure to venture finance, startups, and cross-border investment transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws to mitigate risk and avoid potential liabilities.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital to bring relevant skills and knowledge to the role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations to navigate complex legal environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders to drive success.
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged to apply to leverage their expertise.
