With a presence in multiple countries, we have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases as well as sales and service centers. Our team consists of around 2200 employees including over 600 R&D engineers.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the on-site technical support and remote technical assistance for our PCS/BESS products.

  • Complete on-site technical work for PCS/BESS products.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting PCS/BESS product issues and guiding customers to handle simple faults themselves.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure normal operation of units.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Learn about the working principles of our PCS/BESS products and provide training to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and report work on time.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • English as your primary working language.
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Working experience in the energy storage industry preferably with PCS and BESS.
