About the Role:

This position involves hands-on experience in sourcing and developing components within the mechanical, electronics, or electric vehicle sector. You will collaborate with suppliers, refine products for manufacturability, and contribute to our growing portfolio with a focus on future-ready mobility solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and prototype wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components using advanced engineering techniques.
  • Gather insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development strategies.
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures (FEA validation) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design to create seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery of products.
  • Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance to deliver high-quality products.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes to facilitate efficient communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • B.E./M.E. in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.
  • Exposure to EV/mechatronic systems is a plus.
