Technical Lead

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Splunk solutions across various client environments. This role requires strong technical leadership, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills to ensure successful delivery of projects.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and Implement Splunk Solutions
- Lead Project Teams
- Align with Stakeholders
- Drive Customer Success
- Plan and Review Services
- Design End-to-End Architecture
- Deploy and Configure Splunk Instances
- Provide Technical Leadership
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and engage the sales team for pursuit. Additionally, you will maintain thorough documentation of Splunk architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- 7+ years of technology-related project delivery experience
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing Splunk environments
- Familiarity with Splunk products, including Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR, and Splunk User Behavior Analytics
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, SIEM technologies, and incident response practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to assess customer environments and make design recommendations
- Ability to lead and organize virtual technical teams
- Understanding of cloud business models, hybrid infrastructure, and cloud operation processes
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- Splunk Core Certified Power User
- Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect
Additional Skills
- Solid understanding of cloud security technologies
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment
