Are you passionate about sharing your subject expertise with students and guiding them towards academic excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Faculty to join our team.
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions to students in the BA program, adhering to curriculum guidelines.
- Develop and implement engaging academic lesson plans, study materials, and assignments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods, including tests, assignments, and viva.
- Guide students in academic projects, research work, and seminars, fostering their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide mentorship and counseling services to students, helping them achieve academic and career success.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings, contributing to the growth and development of the institution.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a relevant subject with a minimum 55% mark (mandatory).
A NET/Ph.D. in the respective subject is preferred, aligning with UGC norms.
