Job Title: Freelance Trainers

About the Role

We are seeking skilled trainers to deliver high-quality training programs in various domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting training sessions, evaluating participant progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The trainer will be responsible for creating engaging training materials, adapting their methods to suit different learners, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions for students in various domains, including Tally, Medical Coding, Advanced Excel, and Gen AI.
  • Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Develop and adapt training materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting training programs and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing training materials and adapting training methods.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in the social sector or with underserved communities is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Training, or related fields.
