Job Title: Corporate Finance Associate

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to support our corporate finance team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital budgeting, M&A evaluations, and strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals, ROI, and payback analyses for investments.
  • Prepare financial models for new business opportunities, service lines, or partnerships.
  • Support due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountancy certification.
  • 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
