Job Title: Senior Packaging Professional

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced packaging expert to deliver technical and regulatory-focused training programs for design, compliance, validation, and testing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills in packaging across regulated industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training modules on packaging principles, material selection, and industry needs.
  • Train participants on standards, regulatory expectations, and best practices in packaging compliance.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on packaging validation, stability testing, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Conduct sessions on CAD-based packaging design and optimization of configurations.
  • Educate on transportation and distribution testing (ISTA, ASTM standards) to ensure product integrity.
  • Train on labeling compliance, serialization, and traceability requirements across global markets.
  • Guide on integration with quality systems and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in packaging design and material science.
  • In-depth knowledge of standards and global regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in packaging validation, stability testing, and transport/distribution testing.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for packaging design and development.
  • Understanding of serialization, labeling regulations, and traceability systems.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, EMA, MDR, and ICH guidelines.

Preferred Background:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Packaging Engineer in pharma, biotech, medical devices, or related multi-industries.
  • Prior training or mentoring experience in technical and regulatory areas.
  • Strong industry network and awareness of emerging packaging technologies.
