About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Termite Services Supervisor to join our team at Rentokil Initial.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, optimizing material consumption, and delivering quality Termite services.
  • They will work closely with the internal team and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and high standards of workmanship are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians and deliver Service Excellence through them.
  • Ensure contractual obligations to our customers are met, with consistently high standards of workmanship.
  • Supervise Termite jobs, SMEs jobs in absence of TSPO jobs, and support Solo Technicians as required.
  • Issue materials, chemicals, fuel, and monitor and optimize consumption.
  • Verify physical stock and ensure it matches with NAV once in 15 days.
  • Prepare bags and materials for technicians one day in advance for next day's schedule.
  • Allocate technicians for daily deployment in coordination with SPs as per OTOZ.
  • Expected reduction in material consumption at site and in route to optimum utilization of resources.

  • Control and reduction in material cost.
  • Effective utilization of Squad and Improve Termite ToS.
  • TSPO- Complaint reduction.
  • Increase in nos. of Technicians submitting leads.
