About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team at our Baramati plant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business-related people strategy
  2. Manage employee relations, including performance issues and grievances
  3. Oversee policy development and implementation, as well as HR process management
  4. Design and implement staff benefits, annual salary reviews, and bonus structures
  5. Lead performance evaluation and management initiatives
  6. Drive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA - HR or MSW/MPM degree
  • A minimum of 13-14 years of experience in handling the HR Generalist role
