Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage data aggregation projects from inception to completion
  • Develop data management and reporting systems
  • Work with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data
  • Client relationship management and communication
  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in data management and analysis
  • Proven experience with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the pharmaceutical market

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Python coding skills
  • Expert-level Excel proficiency
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
  • HIPAA-compliant data management expertise
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in an international matrix environment
