Job Title: Public Affairs Officer

Description:

This role involves advocating for public affairs strategic plans and aligning them with Novo Nordisk India's strategy related to diabetes and rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement public affairs initiatives at state and NGO levels.
  • Liaise with government officials to foster strategic partnerships and policy development.
  • Develop and monitor intelligence on the public affairs landscape, including healthcare system changes and competitive access.
  • Drive and execute Public Affairs plans based on local needs and Novo Nordisk India's strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with public affairs teams in India, APAC, and IO on various projects.
  • Implement strategic plans for policy engagement relevant to the company's business.
  • Engage with public officials, payers, academics, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage partnership opportunities with key stakeholders.
  • Support future public-private partnership (PPP) work with state and central governments related to diabetes and rare diseases.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of CDB projects, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • MBA with 0-2 years of experience, preferably in Health Care, Medical, or pharmaceutical domain.
  • Freshers (0-2 years) are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and sustain collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
