Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Develop a strategic marketing approach by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior. Identify opportunities to expand the brand's online presence through innovative digital channels.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Establish and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize budgets and campaign performance across all digital channels to maximize return on investment and efficient customer acquisition costs.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic metrics via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
  • Continuously monitor and test new digital channels to meet or exceed established performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results.
  • Oversee the overall performance marketing strategy and its implementation.
  • Manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM) to enhance brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners to increase brand reach.
  • Monitor and analyze Google Analytics data to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly review and optimize advertising campaigns for positive return on ad spend.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Google Shopping Ads and Facebook Ads on e-commerce platforms.
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis, including Google Analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights.
  • Goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
