About the Role

We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to join our organization in Udaipur, India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Campaign Execution: Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
  • End-to-End Client Servicing: Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.

  • New Business Development: Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
