Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging, brand-consistent, and tailored to our target audience.
  • Social Media Strategy Management: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase our online presence and engage with the community.
  • Media Post Design: Craft visually compelling posts and stories for various platforms that capture the essence of our brand and entice potential guests.
  • Media Management: Manage relationships with media outlets to ensure optimal exposure and accurate brand representation.
  • Marketing Plan Strategy Management: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the hotel's business goals and drives revenue.
  • Collaboration Management: Identify and manage collaborations with brands, local businesses, and other entities that align with our brand values.
  • Event Planning: Organize and oversee hotel events from conception through to completion, ensuring they reflect our standards and enhance guest experience.
  • Artist and Influencer Management: Curate partnerships with artists and influencers to create unique content and experiences that promote the hotel.
  • Strategy Development for Marketing and Public Relations: Formulate strategies that bolster our market position and foster a positive public image.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve design-related issues and guest satisfaction concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Building relationships and partnerships: Act as the face of Aura Boutique Hotel during events, fostering relationships with guests and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and analytics.
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in design software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Innovative thinking with a problem-solving aptitude.
