Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to lead our residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client requirements and develop innovative design concepts that meet their needs.
  • Design and produce detailed sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
  • Communicate design ideas effectively to clients through idea boards and presentations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of design principles and apply them to create visually appealing and functional spaces.
  • Maintain an excellent portfolio of previous works to showcase creativity and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of modular interior design principles and practices.
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office.
