Job Title: Branch Manager - Key Performance Indicators

Job Description:
As a Deputy Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch. This includes ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance
  • Lead and manage a team of Banking Service Professionals (BSPs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required.
