Business Finance Partner Role

The Business Finance team at our organization plays a crucial role in supporting business growth and optimizing costs. As a Business Finance Partner, you will be the key interface between the finance function and other departments to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, consumers, categories, and other functions of the organization.
  • Conduct data-driven trend analysis for P&L and revenue metrics to improve financial performance.
  • Manage day-to-day P&L by building strong relationships with business stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Create processes for new initiatives and improve existing ones to ensure governance and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business teams to achieve objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • CA/MBA/B.Tech degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience post-qualification.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills and good business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired.
