Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Expert to join our AI Competency Center.

The ideal candidate will leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract insights, develop predictive models, and create AI powered solutions.

  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Experience in optimization methodologies, including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics, is essential.
  • Strong Python coding skills, including object-oriented programming concepts, as well as working knowledge of SQL, are required.
  • Familiarity with the theory behind various machine learning concepts and experience working with client-facing roles are also necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Business understanding, data understanding/preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment of solutions following CRISP-DM methodologies.
  • Understanding of optimization methodologies, including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics.
  • Proactive approach to areas where improvement is needed, such as suggesting improvements to existing pipelines.
  • Creation and following of standards to improve competency quality.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years of DS/Operations Research experience.
  • Experience working in cloud technologies, preferred MS Azure or GCP.
  • Able to apply independent research, gather information, and give recommendations on solving diverse scope problems.
  • Great communication skills.
