About the Role

We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) Lead to scale our top-of-funnel efforts. The successful candidate will own our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook — from outreach strategies & messaging to cold call scripts and flows.
  • Track performance metrics, dig into the data, and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and always on the lookout for ways to streamline things.
  • You think in data — you like tracking what's working and adjusting quickly when things aren't.
