Job Title: MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MEP Manager with a strong background in large-scale industrial and high-tech projects. This is a critical role that requires expertise in cleanroom environments, complex infrastructure, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.

The successful candidate will lead and oversee the installation of all MEP systems for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility, including design coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of critical utilities and process piping.

  • Lead and manage all MEP activities for the semiconductor project, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems, including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control costs, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor/high-tech/cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
