Cloud HRM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud HRM Specialist to execute configuration and development tasks, leveraging analytical and problem-solving expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain validation formulas for calculations and retro-processing.
  • Develop data upload templates using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader for efficient data management.
  • Create and modify RTF templates and develop BI Publisher reports of medium complexity.
  • Provide functional design support for compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Implement grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Support the functional configuration and processes for the Goal and Performance Management module.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Cloud HRM Specialist in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on skills in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Excellent experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting tools: OTBI, BIP, and RTF.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Ability to understand and implement base compensation structures and grade-step progressions.
