  • We execute end-to-end performance activities, inclusive of requirement gathering, workload modeling, preparation of test plan along with effort estimations, executions, analysis, recommendations.
  • We co-ordinate with different stakeholders with regards to performance activities.
  • We mentor team members.
  • We collect and analyze performance-specific non-functional requirements.
  • We develop scripts and execute performance tests.
  • We perform root cause analysis of performance problems and provide recommendations to fix the same.
  • We verify stability of applications in production through APM tools.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • We require 3 to 8 years of experience.
  • You should have good knowledge on Identification, Troubleshooting of bottlenecks, DB - writing SQLs, AWR, Query Plans, Analysis, JVM - Analysis, Heap Memory, Garbage collection, Linux server monitoring commands.
  • You should have exposure to one of the APM tools - Dynatrace, AppD, NewRelic.
  • You should have Shell Scripting knowledge.
  • You should have Java, Python language, VB scripting knowledge.
  • You should have sound knowledge in Performance Testing methodologies and processes.
  • You should have having exposure to various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc.
  • You should have good analytical ability to resolve any issue.
  • You should be able to use monitoring tools for performance analysis of applications infrastructure and thereby identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
  • You should have experience in DB with writing SQLs, analyzing AWR report, Identify Db related issues.
  • You should have having exposure in JVM monitoring - Analysis of Heap Memory, Garbage collection, Thread utilization.
  • You should have having exposure to Linux server monitoring commands.
  • You should be proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of assigned performance delivery or aligned tasks.
  • You should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
