Senior Space Planner

We are seeking an Interior Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for developing conceptual design ideas and creating building interior drawings that meet exacting project requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to analyze user needs and develop designs that meet aesthetic and practical demands.
- Prior experience in architectural interior design is required, with proficiency in software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop interior design ideas for various projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for architectural interior design
- Analyze user needs and participate in research and development of designs
- Collaborate effectively with other disciplines as part of a dynamic team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in architectural interior design
- Proficiency in primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with additional software like Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works
Soft Skills:
- Positive work ethic and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of the English language
