Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Category Intelligence team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in driving category growth through deep data analysis and actionable insights.

Business Strategy:

  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate category performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Contribute to business goal planning and forecasting, providing insights for category expansion and assortment strategy.
  • Analyze emerging trends, guest behaviors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize short-term performance.

Pricing and Promotions Insights:

  • Ensure competitive pricing strategies to deliver value and a seamless guest experience.
  • Analyze pricing trends and promotional effectiveness, recommending data-driven adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.

Partner Insights:

  • Support vendor relationships by providing actionable insights and conducting in-depth analyses to align partner performance with business objectives.
  • Deliver analytical support to partners to drive growth and optimize collaboration.

Reporting and Insights:

Oversee business reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery aligned with SLAs.

Monitor and drive operational KPIs at the business unit level, using insights to optimize category performance and improve decision-making.

About You:

  • Three/Four-year degree, B.S. and/or B.A.
  • 6+ years of experience in merchandising function, forecasting, and data-fueled product selection.
  • 4+ years managing an ecommerce business, business analytics with specific experience related to marketing and site experience and optimization preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships, develop Business Operations, Enhance Selling and Category Development.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong planning and organizational skills.
