Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant(US Clients)

 

About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable within the U.S. market, with a strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoices: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
  • Payment Management: Manage and process payments to vendors according to terms and schedules.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable ledger to the general ledger.
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate regularly with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and disputes.
  • Expense Reporting: Assist in preparing and reviewing expense reports.

 

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable or related finance role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Accounting Software Experience: QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Tax Laws.
  • Strong Attention to Detail, Accuracy, and Organization.

 

Requirements
  • Familiarity with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Effective Time Management: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
