Job Title: Project Coordinator

This part-time consultant position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled project coordinator to provide professional support for a global pro bono program in Bengaluru, India.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and select potential host organizations, develop Scope of Works, and ensure stakeholder meetings are arranged and well-managed.
  2. Support corporate volunteers with guidance on SOW delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction.
  3. Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
  4. Prepare comprehensive financial and final program reports, highlighting key achievements and lessons learned.
Project Logistics:
  1. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for corporate volunteers, ensuring smooth transitions and logistical support.
  2. Plan and execute program launch and closing events, fostering engagement and community building.
  3. Develop practical guides and suggestions for project coordinators, enhancing their capabilities and efficiency.
  4. Orient new corporate volunteers upon arrival, facilitating their integration into the program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A strong connection to Bengaluru and its surroundings, combined with excellent local knowledge.
  2. A degree in project management, organizational development, or a related field, showcasing academic rigor and expertise.
  3. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record and leadership skills.
  4. Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
