Senior Network Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Professional to join our global operations team. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing complex network issues to ensure high availability and quick restoration of global network services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network issues on a 24/7 basis to prevent service disruptions
  • Ensure the highest levels of global network availability and uptime by identifying and addressing potential issues before they occur
  • Coordinate with global service providers to resolve complex network issues efficiently
  • Provide swift and effective restoration of network services to minimize downtime
  • Maintain and update comprehensive network documentation to facilitate efficient issue resolution and knowledge sharing
  • Adhere to established escalation procedures and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in network engineering and administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies and advanced network protocols
  • CCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory for this role
  • Basic knowledge of switching and firewall technologies to support secure network operations
  • Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts to ensure round-the-clock network support
