Job Description:

This role involves working with the business to define and implement Convergent Charging solutions. Key responsibilities include serving as the billing point of contact for enhancements and master data, as well as troubleshooting billing transactional issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Hybris transactional processes and be able to troubleshoot billing transactional issues. They should also have experience in solution design and configuration of Hybris Billing in areas such as Convergent Charging, Convergent Pricing, and FICA for Contract Accounting.

  • Ability to work directly with the business to define business requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Hybris transactional processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot billing transactional issues
  • Experience in solution design and configuration of Hybris Billing
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills are required for this position:

  • Work on SAP CC web services and APIs
  • Configure SAP CC (Convergent Charging)
  • Work on SAP convergent charging upgrade activities
  • Work on export and import process of subscriber accounts
