Treasury and Trade Banking Professional

Talasha is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager - Treasury, Trade & Wholesale Banking professional to lead the adoption of our proprietary treasury-as-a-service platform among corporates. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing clients' business exposure to currency and rates markets, as well as experience in devising growth strategies and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development - Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities for our treasury-as-a-service platform and driving the entire business development cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
  • Currency and Rates Market Expertise - Develop and implement strategies to help clients manage their exposure to currency and rates markets through our Agentic AI platform.
  • Growth Strategies and Planning - Design and execute plans to expand our platform's footprint at the city level, leveraging your network and industry insights.
  • Treasury, Forex, and Trade Solutions - Provide operational expertise in forex, treasury, and commercial borrowings to the team, ensuring seamless delivery of our products.
  • Client Relationship Management - Foster strong relationships with key clients, providing advisory services and unique value propositions to drive retention and upselling.
  • Key Account Management - Lead large accounts, ensuring efficient delivery, customer satisfaction, and business relationship management.
  • Team Leadership - Hire, train, and mentor sales teams to expand our network of MSMEs and corporates that can partner with our platform.

Requirements:

  • 5 Years Experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, forex, commercial borrowings, and/or trade.
  • Business Development and Account Management Skills
  • Strong Network of corporates and MSMEs in Mumbai.
  • Startup Mindset

Location: Mumbai
