Technical Lead for Salesforce OmniStudio Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions. This is a key leadership role that requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and experience in managing teams.

This position involves leading the development of high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes. Additionally, it entails developing scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices. Collaboration with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders is crucial to define and validate solution architecture.

  • Lead the development of OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors within Salesforce OmniStudio solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Implement scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using LWC integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines and work closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Ensure secure and high-performance solutions by identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in Vlocity development.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
