Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Leader to spearhead our technology team. This is a unique opportunity for an innovative thinker who can drive growth and deliver high-quality software solutions.

About the Role:
This leadership position involves guiding a team of developers to achieve strategic business objectives. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for technical decision-making, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy complex software applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with business goals
* Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to guide future development efforts

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in back-end development, preferably with C-Sharp and NodeJS
* At least 4 years of experience in leading a technology team
* Expertise in working with CICD tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps
* Strong understanding of database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and lead the team through change

Desired Qualifications:
* Familiarity with cloud services, especially Azure Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and best practices
* Experience with software documentation, standardization, and best practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Continuous learner able to adapt new technologies and techniques to existing business needs
