Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Leader with expertise in Java, software architecture, and test automation to design and develop high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable solutions using industry best practices and performance optimization techniques.
  • Provide accurate project estimations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain high coding standards, enforcing best practices and ensuring code quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Oversee feature development and bug fixes, ensuring no regressions are introduced.
  • Drive projects through the development lifecycle, from development environments to production deployment.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong experience in Java, software architecture, and test automation.
  • Solid understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) and Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation using Jest and Playwright.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Desirable Competencies:

  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of engineers.
  • 2+ years of experience working with global teams.
