Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior EBS Technical Lead to join our global ERP transformation team. As a key member of the OneERP team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with IT and Finance teams.

  • Technical Leadership: Leverage your technical expertise to lead development and support for core financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Costing.
  • Financial Solution Design: Architect and implement Oracle EBS solutions that meet financial reporting, compliance, and operational goals.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations within the EBS ecosystem, ensuring seamless interactions between systems such as AP invoice processing, expenses management, financial consolidation, reporting, project controls, HR, and banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance leadership, auditors, and controllers to translate financial requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Implement and adhere to robust security protocols and risk mitigation strategies for sensitive financial data and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership and solution design for financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and its various components.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
