Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement at Aimlay, located in New Delhi. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes.

Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing procurement data, development and implementation of procurement strategies, managing contract lifecycles, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The role requires continuous monitoring of supplier performance and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
