Job Title: Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects from inception to completion.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in project planning and management. They will also have hands-on experience with estimation software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including setting milestones and deadlines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, execution, procurement, and finance
  • IDentify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Analyze data to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including project progress and status updates
