As a key player in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry we are seeking a skilled Cloud Analytics & Data Science Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to help build advanced analytics for our personal cloud solution. The chosen candidate will enable backup, sync, and content sharing for millions of users daily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for data engineering solutions.
  • Review design documents and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional QA teams to deliver integrated Test Solution.
  • Mentor junior team members on entire testing lifecycle.
  • Automate testing processes using Linux scripts, Python, and PyTest.
  • Test analytics and machine learning features supporting personal cloud product.
  • Conduct various types of testing (manual tests, unit tests, functional tests, integration tests).
  • Test data pipelines, create regression suites for data flows.
  • Contribute to the development of testing best practices and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or analytics-related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in software, ETL, and data solutions testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing data pipelines, analytics, machine learning features.
  • Experience using Python, SQL, PySpark for testing on Linux/Unix environments.
  • Ability to use testing frameworks like PyTest for writing and executing automated tests.
  • Solid understanding of various data integrations, ETL processes, and data quality.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot defects in software applications.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with development and other teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with AWS cloud-based testing environment.
