Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our organization. This role will involve working on various projects related to financial modeling, asset management, and deal underwriting.

Responsibilities include building dynamic financial models, refining existing ones to support decision-making, and analyzing rent rolls, operating memoranda, T12s, and market comps to derive meaningful insights.

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Create and refine Excel-based pro forma models to inform business decisions.
  • Deal Underwriting: Evaluate new deals across various CRE assets, ensuring strong financial validation.
  • Asset Management Support: Monitor performance, compile detailed reports, and drive strategic initiatives for various portfolio types.
  • Investor Communication: Prepare comprehensive investment memos, updates, and dashboards using clear and concise written English.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in CRE underwriting/investment analysis, preferably in the Hospitality sector.
  • Strong accounting and finance foundation (financial statements, financial modeling, budgeting).
  • Demonstrated ability in monitoring asset performance and compiling reports that drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional written English skills for crafting nuanced, investor-focused communications.
  • Proven track record of adapting strategies for evolving market conditions.
