About This Role

The Reservations Manager will be responsible for efficiently managing the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

This position requires the ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximize room yield through inventory control and deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's brand standards.

Key Qualifications

  • University degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a reservation manager, front office manager, or assistant front office manager in a larger operation.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
