Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a key player in land development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engineering plans based on their calculations and research.

The selected candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and utilize strong design skills to create visual aids. They will execute a project based on the outlined criteria by utilizing organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Prepare detailed Bill of Quantity
  • Develop accurate Project Estimate
  • Prepare Tender Documents and Specifications based on Drawing
  • Conduct site visits as per Drawing
  • Monitor Site Progress Physically and Financially
  • Evaluate Quality of Material & Workmanship
  • Daily reporting, communication with client and site engineers is essential
  • Verify Drawing with Architecture and other technical aspects
  • Prepare Weekly / Monthly Report and Presentation.
Requirements:
  • Must be ready for site visits
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and English language is mandatory
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • A 2-Wheeler is necessary for site visits
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required
  • Experience of 1 - 5 years in a civil related company is preferred
