Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Process Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoice processing and query resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
