Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our administrative team and oversee the daily operations of our office. As a seasoned senior manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of office services and tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily activities of the administrative team.
  • Provide direct support to senior leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure equipment and technology are in good working order.
  • Coordinate and manage office-wide events, meetings, and conferences.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement workflows, processes, and procedures to optimize team performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in developing career growth plans for administrative staff.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and office supplies.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of office activities and expenditures.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in administrative operations and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in administration, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory role.
