Job Title:

Bid Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our entire tender process. As an experienced bid manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, advising on participation decisions, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Filing and submission of tenders for private, government, and corporate entities
  • Reviewing tender documents and supervising the compilation of materials required for bids
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Detailed analysis of tenders and related documents
  • Ability to understand financial statements
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis, including reviewing profitability and cost reports
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes
  • Vendor registration/compliance for third-party vendors
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years' experience in Tender processing (Government, Semi-government, Corporations, Private)
  • Knowledge and experience in Tender business
  • Experience in using portals such as GeM and mahatender
  • Well-versed with Financial tools and technology
  • Proficiency in MS-Suite (preferred-MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English Communication (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines
