Transportation Operations Specialist

Our transportation operations team is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the daily activities of our partner stores nationwide. As a Transportation Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our global transportation network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily store operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across locations with timely order fulfillment and dispatch based on customer promise.
  • Effective communication with external customers (carriers, vendors/suppliers) and internal customers (business, planning, fulfillment centers, delivery stations etc.) for ad-hoc/cancellations/delays or any other disruptions in the transportation network.
  • Proactive problem escalation and resolution through collaboration with relevant owners and teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Utilization of Amazon tools to generate insights and data-driven reporting, providing visibility to stakeholders.
  • Quick analysis of business trends and informed decision-making based on available data.
  • Adherence to time-sensitive business needs while measuring and identifying key performance indicators.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience through adaptability and effective stakeholder management.
  • Results-oriented professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
