Job Title: Legal Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth and compliant execution of agreements. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts to guarantee compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.

About the Role

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will facilitate timely execution of contracts by coordinating necessary approvals and documentation, managing the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Requirements
